Welcome to MedAtlas, a personalized medical school admissions tool operated by MedAtlas LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at medatlas.pro and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

4.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

5.1 MedAtlas provides a tool for pre-medical students to assess their potential admission chances at various U.S. medical schools using statistical modeling based on user-provided information.

5.2 Our predictive models are based on historical data and statistical analysis and are provided for informational purposes only.

5.3 We do not guarantee admission to any medical school, and predictions should be considered estimates rather than guarantees.

6. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

6.1 MedAtlas offers both free and premium subscription plans. Details about the features included in each plan are available on our website.

6.2 Premium subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

6.3 All payments are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

6.4 We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing upon notice to you. Price changes will not apply to existing subscription periods.

7. REFUND POLICY

7.1 All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7.2 If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@medatlas.pro.

8. USER CONTENT AND DATA

8.1 You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("User Content").

8.2 By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8.3 We may use aggregated and anonymized user data for research, statistical analysis, and improving our predictive models.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

9.1 Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

9.2 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks.

9.3 Use automated means to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent.

9.4 Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

9.5 Share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

9.6 Input false information to manipulate admission predictions.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MedAtlas LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

12. DISCLAIMERS

12.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12.3 THE PREDICTIONS AND ASSESSMENTS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON STATISTICAL MODELS AND HISTORICAL DATA. THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF ADMISSION TO ANY MEDICAL SCHOOL.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEDATLAS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

13.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedAtlas LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

15. TERMINATION

15.1 We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

15.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@medatlas.pro.

15.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17.1 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association in New York, NY.

17.2 You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MedAtlas LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
